Molly Montgomery is a strategic finance leader whose career spans over two decades of work in finance, strategy, and executive leadership. As the founder of FH Consulting, she partners with founders and operators to navigate key moments of growth—helping raise capital, managing cash flow, building financial infrastructure, and guiding strategic decisions for long-term success.

Her background includes audit roles at EY and financial forensics at Grant Thornton, where she led complex fraud investigations, compliance reviews, economic damage calculations, and post-acquisition dispute matters. Her experience dissecting how businesses succeed or fail sharpened her ability to rapidly analyze risk, identify operational inefficiencies, and translate financial insights into action. She also served six years on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Society of CPAs, including terms as Treasurer and Chair of the Board.

In addition to her advisory work, Molly has been on the founding team of several startups and held executive operating roles. Most notably, she helped scale a bootstrapped multi-million-dollar omni-channel retail brand, overseeing finance, operations, and strategic execution during its most pivotal years of growth. She is also the creator of Founder’s Haven, a neuroscience-based coaching organization for mission-driven founders.
